B) Shipping & handling & other service fees are NOT refundable. The full purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling fees for the order.
C) All returned items must be in original packing.
D) Items that are used/ damaged/ deformed or altered in any ways will not be accepted.
E) It is the duty of the Buyer to pre-pay the shipping and costs including insurance for the return of the system and/or parts.

Solar Panel have 90 day warranty (does not include Physical damage). We will provide product exchanges.

We do not accept returns from outside the USA and Canada.


1. How do I exchange or return the product I bought online?
Exchanging or returning product is very simple. Customers don't need to fill out forms. Just send us a email with the invoice number or your Paypal transaction ID.


2. If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 2-5 business days of us receiving and verifying the item. When you return a product that you have purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.


3. Will I receive a full refund?
Customers will recieve the purchase price less shipping and handling fees for the order. Even though most of our items have FREE SHIPPING service, we are actually paying the shipping costs for our customers. Therefore, we will charge the shipping and handling fees shall you return the order. In most case, it is 15% of your purchase. Please contact us for more details.
